"I've missed pr food, my wife said her coworker mentioned this place to her and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Mofongo relleno con camarone guisado was tasty. Her mofongo relleno con Pollo was super crispy outside, tender and tasty inside. We loved the arroz con gandules, and the tostones definitely added to the dishes. Always gotta go with the Coco Rico as well!"

"The old Millie's location. The atmosphere is good and love the tables! This was my first time and had the sancocho. It was good but more oily than I would have liked and would have appreciated more meat."

"My doordash driver forgot part of my order, so I got a chance to check out the restaurant myself. It's really clean inside and they have a little stage for live music. The employees are really friendly and the food is fantastic. Will come back for seconds."

"Ahhh a taste of Puerto Rico right here in Arizona. 3,000 miles away! We enjoyed the Pasteles y Pinchos de pollo, Sancocho y tostones! Greeted by friendly staff. (We live in Puerto Rico part time, we live there for many reasons, but the main reason is the wonderful, beautiful people, La gente de Puerto Rico) that is true here, everyone is friendly and helpful. The food is good, and you can get a real feel for the Puerto Rican vibe! We always enjoy visiting Raíces. And try Raíces in Old San Juan when you’re in PR. Enjoy this place, enjoy the food and music! And as always…Buen Provecho!"

"I was in HEAVEN! The Mofonga con carnita Frita was EXCEPTIONAL! My breath reeks of garlic appropriately. The meat was perfectly crispy on the outside and moist inside. The Pastellito de Carne was crisp and flavorful. The Pastellito de Guayava y queso was light airy and not overly sweet. I WILL be returning with hubby. Do NOT miss this restaurant especially if you enjoy Puerto Rican food."
