"Went to location Store#1516 427 W Mckellips Rd Mesa,AZ 85201, after picking up my son from work, and he Wanted some Jack in the box. So we went to this location, We went through the drive through and the girl. Gaby was rude while placing my order. And when I pulled up to the window. I understand it's hard to work night shift, but if you don't like it or dont like to talk to people, you shouldn't work at a restaurant where customer service is important. Thankfully Carlos came to tje window and askes if we can park in the front and he was so nice and when he brought our food I asked him for my receipt since Gaby did not give me one, he went back inside without hesitation and brought me a reprinted receipt. Good job Carlos has Great Customer Service and if not already he should get a promotion. Im only posting one star due to Gabys rudeness towards us Carlos did a great Job"

"A couple nights ago my girlfriend n I went through drive the around 8 at night n was asking about the new things on the menu n pricing of munchy meals and does price change on the munchies meals after a certain time in the evenings. The girl talking order couldn't barely speak English then another came on n she could barely talk sluring her words. And it smelled like weed real bad around the drive threw. I told my girlfriend let's go to mc Donald's. I didn't want McDonald's but the service really sucked n just gets worse n worse more I go there to that jack in the box to this point I don't even wanna bother. To do the service I get every time I go through there."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot believe the experience I had tonight. The young lady who was working 10/11 at around 6:40pm at the drive thru had such a horrible attitude. Firstly she showed zero emotion or didn’t care about customer service what so ever. Then we were asked to pull into spot 2 which took 15 minutes to get our food. She then comes out and gives our food but doesn’t say a word to us. Gives us our bags and just walks away. Not only did she walk away but didn’t bring our drinks to which my fiancé had to go back in and ask if they were being brought out or what? Which okay I see forgetting drinks whatever I’ve done it before. But not once did we get an apology. Also when my fiancé went inside, two of the young ladies behind the counter was laughing at his footwear? Like children really??? I cannot believe how she and the staff were acting towards us. As a restaurant manager myself I would never let my staff act like this towards their customers. We will never be returning to this jack in the box because of the experience we had tonight. Truly disappointing."

"I would give 5 stars but every time I show up in the morning either their system is rebooting or it's down. Overall the food is fresh and super hot. The tacos are very oily they bag them once they come out. also water should not be denied to anybody but I saw couple of homeless people come in with dirty water bottles and sticking them inside the dispenser to fill them up with Gatorade they drank out of it and filled it up again the water bottles were complete dirty in Jack in the Box didn't do anything to clean the fountain drink dispenser after the restaurant itself is really clean they just need to make sure only customer touch the fountain drink"
