"Only ever one employee present. I’ve ordered timed orders via the app and 75% of the time I have to file a claim with my bank, because it isn’t ready, I have to get back to work and they refuse to cancel the order. If you don’t care about how long it will take, it’s still good food. Don’t get mad at the singular employee working that the franchise owner and general manager refuse to support, they are doing their best."
"The worst place to ever go they didn't have restrooms for customers to use. Then when I left to find a restrooms I went back to order food I was told no so this place sucks. Pleaee take your family where the customer service is on point."
"This is the worst store I’ve ever stepped foot into. One guy working at 8:19pm with another floating around giving customers dirty looks. Hand has a sprain wrist brace and is completely useless. Other guy trying to do pickup order telling the walkins they will just have to wait, he’s too busy. And God forbid if you need to use the restroom while you wait, they refuse to let anyone use it. Says that’s management’s order. How are you still in business??"
"Haven't had a 6in. Chicken Teriyaki sub in a long time.. it was SCRUMPTIOUS && very SATISFYING.. thank you subway for your patience && understanding when there is a BIG order like it was today.. employees are prompt & courteous.. ONLY problem was there are any public bathrooms.. other then that enjoyed my visit there.."
"We normally love Subway, but I have never had such a horrible experience as we did at this location. After the employees had multiple people cut us, their charge card supposedly stopped working, it charged my card and they didn't even give my Autistic son the sandwich. Sub-par employees, they literally just stood there, asked for cash, said they didn't know what to do. Tried to call the manager, which was a joke. I didn't find out until I got home that it had charged my card. Terrible service!!!"
