"This Cane's is always clean no matter how busy it is. Parking is easy, but be watchful coming in and out of the lot. It is tight and can get hectic with the bass pro and other restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had one mistake with an order, and they fixed it quickly with no fuss."
"Drive thru person was rude and I got tiny frys that taste like they were cooked in OLD oil not edible and the TOAST not toasted, the chicken stripe soggy on the bottom. I only eat canes so I know their food pretty well. This was trash do not go to this location!"
"My order was for dine in, but they served me to go, and when they served it, was super late compared to other branches, when I told them that it was for dine in, and not to go, instead of offering to serve it right she gave a I am Sorry in a condescending manner, when I opened my box of meal, out of the the 6 fingers, 3 were quiet small, but 2 were extremely small, if a manger or employee was paying attention they would have never served it. I am extremely disappointed in this branch, when I went to complain about the fingers, the same lady in the black shirt treated me with a attitude, I had to literally move all my food around to like prove the point that the 2 fingers were extremely small, and even then the employee in the black shirt and the employee that had taken my order we’re looking at me puzzled like I was being unreasonable, eventually the lady replaced the 2 fingers, but the terrible attitude and over all experience of this branch, I will never come here to this branch again."
