"No line in drive thru, but girl taking orders asked me to park. She did not greet me, not did she apologize for making me wait. Once she brought my food handed it to me and walked away. I checked the bags, ALL 4 of the chicken sandwiches were over cooked. I asked them to re-make them. They were not happy about it. Not one time apologized. I think managers name is "Marelino" They were most likely lying. Every employee (3) at this location on Monday night 03/11/24 Were rude and completely unprofessional. For the amount we as customers pay for fast food it should be fresh the way we order."

"The drive thru seems as if they have you pull up in front of the restaurant so they can have good numbers for corporate. I wouldn’t care about faking times if the fries weren’t cold dry and hard. If you want to impress the bosses with fast times, make sure the food corresponds with it. I used To work fast food, you have to be a complete fool to hand out cold hard as rock fries. I’m just disappointed. What’s the point of having fake good times if there’s 3 cars in front of the restaurant still waiting for food even tho on paper we already “received” our food. And it’s blocking the road for cars to maneuver in a small parking lot. Gross."

"Once I was acknowledged, I tried to order a side salad. The women with a very thick accent said- WAIT, I'm not taking your order I am busy! Oh, OK and I waited. She comes back and says what do you want. A side salad, she says we are out. Oh, then do you have any salads? She says club. That's what I purchased, and I left. I'm a Paramedic, and I was at work; by the time I opened the salad, maybe 20 min I was shocked at what I paid $8 + for. Slime on the cucumbers, like they were transparent. The greens were brown; the bacon was rancid. I had to throw it out. UPDATE: I did reply to the link. Explained in detail what happened. I was told they would send me a coupon for my trouble. Better than nothing I guess ... that was 2 weeks ago ... havent heard a thing since."

"This location is right by house (literally a 2 minute walk). It's in a great location for easy access from the road as well as by business, MCC for quick lunch breaks and there is a bus stop right in front for anyone that doesn't have alot of time to wait and walk around looking for a place to eat. They keep it nice and clean on the outside and inside,they are always stocked with items, the employees are very sweet and kind, I've never walked in and seen them acting rude or unprofessional. There is outside tables if you just wanna catch some fresh air or enjoy the sun."
