"When this location first opened the food was very mediocre. I recently came back and the food quality and taste has significantly gone up. Probably one of the most tasty fast food burgers you can get. The smash fries are amazing too. I would say this is one of my new favorite burger places."
"It took 30+ minutes for a single shake and fry…. They need to figure out their staffing. This seems to happen every time. Smash burger needs a better system for handling orders as the person at the register quickly gets overloaded by orders. I didn’t order to go so I could sit there for 30 mins for a shake."
"My food was ok. I ordered a new promotion Mac and cheese burger. The burger was ok, soft bun, fresh ingredients. For a supposed cook to order, it felt like the burger was not freshly made. Definitely the fries, smash fries were not as they were cold, or barely warm. I got my order online and I only saw two people there. Not very busy. I do not plan to return. Wendy's is better and a good McDonald's could be too."
