"Ordered the #3 plate at 11am right when then opened but the food was pretty bad. Mac salad was decent, teriyaki chicken kind of tastes old. Katsu chicken was crispy and pretty good but the rice it was on was awful. It was all stuck together in a huge mushy glob. Don’t recommend coming here based on that visit."

"Ordered spam musubi, galbi plate and coconut shrimp plate. Musubi was ok and the coconut shrimp plate was ok. Last time I got galbi it was tough and the quality of meat was terrible. So I decided to try it again. The meat this time was worse. All gristle and tough to chew. So much fat in every single piece. I would say over 70% of each piece was fat/gristle. Can’t believe they serve la galbi of that quality. I had to spit out some of it because I couldn’t chew it."

"Atmosphere was great, felt like I was on vacation again in Hawaii again. Food smelled amazing!! I ordered the jumbo pelehu shrimp w/teriyaki chicken (didn’t see it on the menu but asked the lady who took our order what the picture was on the front of their menu because it looked so good). My husband ordered the coconut shrimp with teriyaki chicken plate. The food did not disappoint, it was incredibly delicious!! 100% recommend if you like Hawaiian food."

"I will never eat here again… I didn’t even eat what I ordered… ordered sweet and sour chicken and rice only without the Mac salad and the rice was mushy I mean can’t even see and rice grains. That’s not safe to consume that’s how people get sick! I took my plate back to the counter and stated that I cannot eat this it’s not safe to eat and they said well what do you want? Do you want your food or plate you ordered remade… nope it’s not safe to consume so no I do not want my plate just remade! See pictures below not a good idea to serve customers mushy rice that’s not healthy to eat. Don’t know if that’s going to cause me to get sick and it’s not a chance for want to take. Mushy rice isn’t always safe to eat because overcooking results in the formation of a carcinogenic substance called acrylamide. Mushy rice is also depleted of amino acids and vitamins and is more challenging for the body to digest."
