"We dined at this Italian restaurant in Tempe, AZ, and much to my surprise, it was wonderful and authentic! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere reminded me of the Italian restaurants in Littly Itlay, NYC. The food was wonderful, and even fresh made pasta! I would highly recommend it. "Sadly, like some of the other reviews here, the place itself is so cozy and rustic inside but the food was bad. I was so excited to have found a new favorite restaurant until I tasted the food. I am Italian. I eat Italian a lot, and this food was not authentic. It was terrible. My daughter had spaghetti and meat sauce and they didn’t drain the fat off of the meat so she had tons of Grease on her plate. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and there is no way you could taste any eggplant. It was just nothing but bland sauce and tons of cheese.. The garlic bread was just cheap soft bread you get from the supermarket and the meatballs could not have been homemade. We threw everything out when we got home. Such a shame, because as many wtote the restaurant is very quaint, and we had a wonderful server, but the food was not good at all."

"I was hoping for quite the experience. Part of the reason I travel is to take in new culinary experiences. This one fell a bit flat. We were certainly welcomed and sat right away having made prior reservations in the wine bar. To my delight, there was a live pianist who played rather well. Our waitress was pleasant and professional and approached promptly. I orders a 10” pizza. It came out soggy as can be. I pulled the toppings on the the crust and cut the rest off. Not sure I’ve seen cheddar (?) used in an Italian restaurant as a pizza topping. It tends to be mozzarella. Anyhow, not an all to bad experience."

"Carolina our waitress was friendly, professional, and attentive! The food was excellent and they were amazing at accomadating my mom's birthday at a spur of the moment notice! Excellent! Most of our table had the creamy mushroom soup, and the flavor and texture is souper! Loved the garlic bread and the lasagna, squash and seafood ravioli, pizza and gnocchi were delish! Would definitely recommend and will definitely visit again!!!"

"I come here a lot with friends, BF and visitors and I have never been dissatisfied - this last visit (March2022) our server was amazing! He was informative about the foods and nothing was any trouble - even when I asked to take the yummy garlic bread home, he got me a fresh baked one to go. We started in the bar with drinks - my only reservation here was the bartender did not ask if we wanted top shelf vodka for our Lemon drops - I was a bit perturbed at paying $19 for one - and our drinks bill was more than the food ! Lesson in next time to state just a regular vodka ….. but it did taste good and didn’t dampen our great night that we all had there. The lobster ravioli is to die for and the wedding soup is the best. Overall - book as this is a popular but worth it as a place to go. The food and service won’t disappoint."
