"The food here is decent, but the service is pretty awful, the employees are unfortunately slow and unfriendly. I stood at the pickup area for 5 minutes looking at my order on the shelf, when I finally got someones attention she said "Do you need something"... like... I'm standing in the pickup area I need my food that's been sitting since I walked in. Not everybody is like this, but most of the people I've interacted with seem like the hate the fact that you ordered food from them. They've also forgotten to include "premium" toppings that I paid extra for, to my burger multiple times. I would do an online order so you don't have to interact with the people there, just make sure you check the food before you leave to make sure it's correct."

"First try at smash burger. Crowed but mostly take out. Staffs are friendly and service mind. Clean kitchen and cashier area. Same as toilet. Smoked chedBrisket Burger tastes like heaven. I eat similar one in NJ but this, rich with various tastes. Beefs (?) are soft and sweetened great along with patties , grilled onions and melted cheeses. Fried is crunchy and no one extra salt, smell fresh from fried oil. Avocado club double smash. This one I take out and eat the next day. Still fresh but can guarantee taste would be much better when fresh made. Combination of tomatoes, lettuce and avocado make overall burger so tasty. Fountains contain various type of beverages such as sodas, tea. So many older people stopped by. No idea why , maybe discounts from veterans? There were annoying customers made loud noise on purpose. all over but manager or staff didn’t stop them anyway but all can do is wait for them to left. Affordable price, easy to find just looking for theater. Dining area are available both inside and outside. In general, good place for burger and def visit again for another burgers."

"My son and i visited Smash Burger at Tempe Marketplace and were sorely disappointed. I purchased a dozen wings that were heavily fried, had very little chicken, and had no flavor to speak of. My son's report, "They jipped me on the tots." Smash Burger felt like an overpriced McDonald's. I would not recommend eating there."

"This is a pretty nice burger place if you are looking to get lunch or dinner. I haven't been to Smashburger in a long time so I was looking forward to stopping by. The service was great. The guy behind the counter was friendly and polite. We ordered the double Smashburger as well as the double with brisket. Smashburger cooks their burgers flat which gives them a bit of a crispy feel. It's a really good burger. The brisket burger was huge. I ordered the double with brisket and it was a battle to finish but it was great. The brisket and burger combo goes together well and the sauce was delicious. Overall we really enjoyed it here for both the service and food. We'll definitely be back in the future."
