Jack in the Box

"Went through the drive through at 4am and they were closed for a half hour. "Their system is down." How can you claim 24hrs when you're missing an hour? Guess that means mobile orders are also down? Try Waffle House a building down from them. Their system seems to be up"

"I'm finally done vomiting for the night and decided to do this review. After going thru chemo, radiation and living off a feeding tube inserted into my stomach for several months I was finally cleared to eat solid food. The first thing that came to my mind that I really wanted was Jack in the Box. The cashier, after handing my card back to me, asked me to move my vehicle back in the drive thru until the front of my car was behind the window. I thought it was an odd request. He had me pull forward to get my food once it was ready. The whole way home I kept smelling burning rubber. I thought it might be something with my car. Once inside my apartment I realized the smell was coming from inside the Jack bag. Imagine melting a couple rubber bands. That's what it smelled like. I took the bag along with the breakfast burrito (I'm assuming that was what was in the bag) outside to the dumpster. I never even got a chance to eat. The smell was so bad a neighbor asked what was in it. That made me feel a little better knowing it wasn't a side effect from cancer treatment. He said he could smell burnt rubber as I walked by him. I then spent the last few hours vomiting while trying to get the smell out of my apartment. l should have just taken the $10 that was gifted to me and thrown it away. I don't know what happened at this Jack in the Box but I no longer trust it and won't be going back. Thank goodness the neighbor could smell it too which helped me feel a little better and not think it was just me. As I write this, I'm now wondering why they had me back up in the drive thru to keep away from the window. Was there something they didn't want me to see? I don't know. I just know My first attempt at eating after surviving cancer treatment didn't go so well and it looks like I'll be drinking another can of Ensure after my stomach settles."

"Never mind be go late at night. I was 2nd in the drive through 1st guy wasn’t allowed to pull up probably waited 20 minutes. Of course my food was cold. And she put a cherry in my shake when I asked for none"

"This place is absolutely awful this is nasty what in the absolute hell is that. Jack in the box this one impartially has gone to shot literally look at this and the manager a short little Mexican lady with glasses, her hair tie tighten a bun is just so miserable. When I came to get my food replaced I stood there for about five minutes before she even came up to me and she looked at me and said what’s wrong with it and I pointed to I said what is that that’s nasty this is how guys serve your customers this is nasty she said well what do you want? I said I either want it replaced or I want my money back she did replace it but this place needs to be fixed and I really would like somebody from corporate to contact me. I don’t recommend anyone coming to the Jack-in-the-Box at all. It’s a miserable environment and it’s very dirty."

"I walked here and just wanted a munchie meal with a drink and the soda machines were down I tried to ask them for a drink but they were rude/lazy so i just left with no drink. Close this place already!!"
