"Horrible customer service. Long wait, only one employee does her job. That's the nice lady behind the register. The cooks just stand around laughing and not working. One even put their hands down their pants. It's disgusting. I will never return here."

"Manager Chris word for word told me « Check your tone » We waited over 2 hours for our food, were passed to 3 separate people while on hold. Each answered not knowing we were on hold and when we finally spoke to someone, we were frustrated asking for our food and a timeline since 3 people couldn’t find our order. Chris was extremely rude on the phone and I can’t imagine a employee/manager ever disregarding a customer’s frustrations over a 2 hour wait with « Check your tone » unbelievable."
"This new cajun chicken sandwich meal deal is ok. I expected it to be better.. All of he flavors was present, but the chicken patties seemed old. Like it was reheated in grease. In other words wasnt fresh. The fries were on point tho!"
