"The meat was so tender and fresh for the orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The orange chicken had a unique flavor (in a good way). Orange chicken usually is crispy and over cooked at other Chinese restaurants but not here. Good value for your $ in ordering the family meal."

"This place is trashy and a total rip off, the menu says side of rice $4.25, when I get the total they tried to scam me for $5.95. The place used to be ok but the arrogance when I asked about the price, she with her stupid mask on literally handed me my money back and told me to go. I'll never eat that trash, roach infested pathetic excuse for a restaurant."

"Was on the phone with my girlfriend while she ordered the orange tofu. Friendly service from what I heard in the background; the gentleman behind the counter (Simon) was very helpful as she wondered aloud what she should order, and thanks to his timely advice and guidance, she was able to confidently order before they closed. Her order was ready within 15 minutes, during which she was so excited she paced back in front of the store in anticipation. Many chefs would undoubtedly succumb to the pressure of being observed with such frantic anticipation, but the chefs of Chopstick Express stayed cool under pressure and delivered the goods five minutes early! While it's quite possible they were eager to rid themselves of the uncharacteristically enthusiastic customer stalking the premises, their ahead-of-schedule delivery was commendable. Her to-go order secured, my girlfriend journeyed back towards her car. She was momentarily stymied by the knot with which the to-go bag was secured, but after realizing the rest of the plastic bag was not as impenetrable, she tore it open to feast on the delicacies within. She declared it delicious and enjoyed it so thoroughly we mostly avoided the "discussion" we were supposed to be having about areas in which I need to improve. I shall be heartily encouraging her to return to this establishment should I face similar discussions in the future. Thanks Chopstick Express!"

"Wanted some fried rice and decided to branch out from my usual spots. Was looking at the menu and saw "Devils fried rice" and, being a spice head, was immediately set on trying it. The menu and the person on the phone were sure to check that I actually wanted it, due to its spice level. This is a good practice as it's nice and spicy, definitely spicier than most people would enjoy, but I loved it. The flavor was fantastic, the heat was perfect, and the Chinese sausage was tasty. I also got the beef curry rolls, which were excellent. Would recommend this place for sure."
