"A hundred percent the best chicken burrito options that exist, I absolutely love that they have keto options. It’s not with the theme but if they ever made a chicken sandwich I’d probably never go anywhere else. Expensive enough that I don’t go too often, but recently downloaded the app and that gives me a lot of coupons and options. I never go inside but I know they use real rotisserie chickens which is why it’s so good. I’d like better salsa options in the drive through but maybe i don’t know what to ask for."
"I honestly only get the 4pc meal every time I go, and I love it. The price is pretty good to get half the chicken with sides and a drink. I believe it's 10 something. Their menu is mainly chicken, so really not hard to guess what they have"
"The food was flavorful and delicious You could taste the flame broil on the chicken and the freshness in the veggies the staff was very nice and the environment was clean and family welcoming since I did come with mines.this is a place I would suggest to go!!!"
"Took a while to get someones attention at the drive through. We finally got the food and it was nothing like it showed. We love El Pollo Loco but this experience was really not great. The beef and chicken grilles were dry and only had a tiny bit of meat with mostly tortilla with literally one piece of cilantro. The sauce they had looked cheesy in the picture but was clearly red base salsa. With a smidge at the bottom. So I went back to let them know. Update: I went back to get a burrito ( I know I have had and enjoy). Instead I got the second picture. Zero chicken on the chicken tinga burrito. They messed up the second time as well! I will never go back to this location. It's 100 % the staff."
"Server and one customer are shouting at each other while inside. Customer arguing about her order. Very distracting. Manager can’t control the customer. Hard to judge but the latter is very uneducated and no manners. Not busy. Good food. Friendly staff. A lot of parking."
