"I came here with family after visiting the Desert Botanical Garden. 2 of us got fish tacos. They were good. However, they were in flower tortilla. The tortilla fell apart immediately, so they really couldn't be eaten like a taco. My sister complained and received a $15 gift card. The manager suggested that you ask for double flower or corn tortillas. My wife had carnitas tacos and really liked them on corn tortilla. Someone else had a chicken quesadilla, no complaints. There salsas were good, just ask for more. They have a nice patio right on Mill Ave."

"Stopped here for a quick bite. It’s similar to the Chipotle model however I enjoyed it much more. I had the chicken and steak bowl which was delicious. They have all kinds of toppings and salsa but the difference from other places a small bag of tortilla chips is included which I found to be a nice touch. I would absolutely come back to try the rest of the menu. Service was prompt & friendly, the ingredients were fresh and the atmosphere was relaxed. There’s also a bar to sit at if you’d like a drink."

"The initial comparison you get to order here is Chipotle, but I think Pete’s is a step ahead of Chipotle in a few ways. The ingredients are noticeably more fresh, the steak and queso were warm, and it was overall, just a better experience. The free chips are awesome and were perfect for scooping out of my bowl. They also have a bar and many happy hour specials/promos (if that’s your thing). If I’m ever craving Chipotle now, I go to Pete’s instead!"

"Solid Mexican spot on Mill Ave and a damn good place for a pregame before a night out. If you’ve been to chipotle then you know exactly what to do. You pick your style (burrito, bowl, quesadilla, etc.), protein of choice, and as much toppings as you want. Prices are decent and portions are not missed here. They do have a functioning bar so you can order bevvies there. I love that beatbox was only $7 there but they only sell fruit punch and blue razz and to be honest with you they really need to add the hard tea to their arsenal. Also playing devil’s advocate and hoping they’ll bring back the slushie machine so people can get blended beatbox beverages. Either way, it’s a damn good time and certainly one you won’t regret. (14/100—2023)"

"Great local food option. Loved the Mexican vibe with outdoor seating. Tacos were really yum and they made it the just the way I wanted it. Also enjoyed the special margarita which is a separate counter within the restaurant. Cool vibe and great music too. This place won’t disappoint you."
