"As much as I understand the difficulty of finding good help, is a simple hello, or thank you really that hard to muster up? Manage them up or manage them out. Adding 2/20...and it keeps getting worse. You didn't get my mobile order and it's my fault. Then you want to charge me for a large soda for half a cup of ice. Horrible service!!!!!!"
"The customer service was good, the bacanator fries were old and the bacon was pretty much crumbs. I am only leaving 2 stars because we were held up by a lady who walked thru the drive thru service and while ordering we had to pause so the drive thru attendant could deal with that lady who walked to the drive thru window. After ordering I waited an additional 20 minutes before they dealt with that lady."
"The level of service at this Wendy's is exceptional. I stopped in for a few of their gluten free products during lunch & they were pleasant & very courteous. Food was good, place is clean & calming atmosphere."
