"Our server, Andrew, was awesome, very friendly and excellent service throughout the meal! My only complaint is that the “buckets of crab” are half the portions they used to be, and they use a pot that’s pushes the bottom up to take up 1/3rd of the pot to make it look like there’s more food in it. Seems like a corporate strategy to save money, I get it, but for $50 a bucket, I would expect more than the amounts they are serving. Our family loves Joe’s Crab Shack, but would like to see a little better portions. Had to order more buckets and spent $380 to feed 4 adults and 3 small kids, mostly with Snow crab (not the expensive ones). Didn’t leave the best “taste” in our mouth outside of having great service from Andrew."
"We had a nice time. The service was great and the food was good. We didn't get that deep into the menu, but we enjoyed all of our choices. They have good happy hour deals, and the overall atmosphere was fun and inviting."
"First time going to this location. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. I ordered the grilled shrimp platter with rice, broccoli, and garlic bread. My husband ordered the grilled salmon with rice and asparagus. I also ordered the s'mores small portion for dessert. The food was delicious and we will return again to this location. The desert was delicious but loaded in sugar. I highly recommend this location. Go to this location."
