"Beware, very nice and helpful,, but looking to fleece and scam in my opinion. Take pics and videos of the PROP!, Otherwise they want you to buy a new one! We had a nice time , didn't put one scratch on the boat, and we certainly didn't hit anything with the propeller, and they tried to charge us for a new one! I only took one pic of the thing , thinking that would be fine. My camera just barely picked up a defect so in the end we weren't charged. Overall a lackluster experience from a customer service standpoint"

"On return of the rental the guy checked out the boat and said everything looked great. Two days later, they called and said I needed to buy a new prop. When I asked them to not bill me until I spoke to a manger the lady on the phone got angry and hung up on me. I never did get a call back from the manager. I tried one last time to talk to someone and got a hold of the manager. I have upgraded my review after talking to Holly. After reviewing the situation she agreed that there was no way that we damaged the prop. She did state the prop was damaged but it was likely caused by another boat at the slip. The amount charged was returned to the credit card. Our experience on the water was really nice. Dealing with the office staff left a lot to be desired. I'm glad the situation got resolved, but it should never have happened."

"Take lots of pictures if you rent from here. Expect mystery repair charges. They take a $1000 deposit and try and get as much of that from you as you can. My experience was returning the boat, it getting inspected on the dock and told everything was A ok. A few days later my card is billed. The secretary called and said she was told to charge my card and it was in the contract. I asked for a manager and never heard back. These guys are scammers, just read the reviews."

"Worst experience of my life!! Holly was extremely rude. We waiting to get our boat and she said that we weren’t there. We were there at 10:00 and was seeing if the man was at his station. He didn’t get there until after 2:00 and the wanted us to still pay for the whole day. They also charged our account multiple times and our card went on fraud charges. She then tells us she’s charging us for a day that we didn’t even get the boat and she’s keeping out deposit. She then goes on to saying that the reason we were having issues is because we don’t have money in our account!!!!! Really!!! She was so unprofessional!!! For a record there was money in out account. Never again will I deal with these people again. There was also another couple before us that was complaining that they put down a 200.00 deposit and it wasn’t taken off their full amount!! Stay way!!!"

"So glad I did not end up renting from this agency. I called to book and was asked to send a money order. I called to get some more information on the money order and none of the phone numbers work and no one will answer my emails. Avoid renting from this agency. Holly just wants your money."
