"Firstly, the atmosphere is great love the warm feel and the dim lights also the songs there song picks are nice jazz and good for date nights, the last and this time I went I had a good service they waiters here have nice attitudes and good demeanors. Thirdly the food is very excellent and the ribs are very delicious also their stakes are yummy and cooked to perfection and the ice cream brownie is good, the salmon salad is to die for. 5 stars!"
"I was visiting Arizona to surprise my uncle for his birthday and we came here after church starving lol. Our server Aaliyah was just absolutely amazing. She made sure everyone at our table had their needs met and beyond. She even brought warm steamed towels for my wings which I thought was soo considerate. She’s the absolute best service wise and I loved my experience. 10/10 would come back if I travel back here again!!"
"Food was overall good, but 2 out of 4 streaks were cooked completely wrong and had to be sent back . One of those steaks was a sub-par piece of meat completely. The sides were good. Streaks need more salt, in my opinion. Also, they have no odouls or NA beer at all. I would think a place like this could carry something most places do. If Firebird Grill would like to comp us another equal meal, I'd come let them try again to get it all right and be willing to update my review."
"Did not have a good experience. Service was super slow, it took more than 30mins for our food to arrive. We specifically mentioned that we do not want bacon on our appetizer. Still when the food arrived it was loaded with bacon. Sad part is the server first said they could make it without bacon and later said that was not possible. We returned the dish but were charged for it. Only good part was the complimentary bread."
"We sat out on the patio. It was lovely with the fireplace lit. The dinner was delicious. We especially enjoyed the salads and bread board. The only negative was that my fries were ice cold. The server did offer to bring out another batch, and I declined. We had plenty of food to share with our additional sides we ordered. A good place to dine."
