"We got fried pickles as an appetizer and they were delicious! Then I got their chicken sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were really good. I felt that the chicken sandwich was a little dry, but I do tend to like my chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. So I should've asked for that and that's my bad. For dessert, we got these chocolate chip cookies fried in pancake batter and they were absolutely delicious! I don't love sweet stuff so I didn't eat very much of them but the flavor was bomb. I also saw that they do have live music there at times and I would love to go back, have a drink at the bar, and listen to a local band!"
"Zach is a great server! Personable, attentive, provides great feedback on food/drink choices! Great recommendation on Blackberry mojito. They were delicious! He'll be our server of choice if we go back. Really want to love this place, but all 4 times I've been there the last 2 years, our food comes out inconsistently good. My eggs were good & hot, but the sweet potatoes are cold. Biscuits & gravy look awesome upon serving but had cooled enough that gravy started congealing on both orders for our party. Crepes were also lukewarm. We think it's cooking order issue....and possibly a total staffing issue. Perhaps a food runner would make a big difference. We do want to go back for happy hour and Friday music, but probably won't be back for breakfast/brunch."
"Definitely try the mimosa flight to try 4 different flavor combinations. Fairly long wait each time I've visited but good service and wide variety of plate choices so everyone can find something to enjoy. Place is also small, so it is fairly cramped with seating."
"Dining room is on the smaller side make they make the space work well. I have gone two weekends in a row and have had almost no wait til me. All the staff is extremely friendly and take well care of you. I last waiter forgot a few things to us but made up for it by his friendless and attentive actions. Will definitely be coming back. The good is amazing every time even for my picky eater little one."
