"I ordered the mashed potato bowl with nuggets. The potatoes had a weird taste. The french fries were cold, hard, dried out, and shriveled. They call those nuggets??…Tiny pieces of breading with barely any chicken inside. Definitely not like the photo. This is my second time at this location. Bad experience both times.☹️"
"So many locations have really gotten bad, but this one is still worth going to. Unlike the Buckeye and west Goodyear locations this one had no employees yelling at each other. The floors were clean. The young man taking my order actually knew what he was doing. My order was correct and the food is good. Might be worth the extra fee miles to get a proper KFC experience"
"On 3 separate orders over the last month we have been shorted nuggets. A 12 count meal became 9. The next order was 4 meals and asked for a large fry and was told they can't do large fries on orders. The 4 fries we did get were only half full. Also 2 of those meals were missing nuggets. Then last night we ordered four 5 count nugget packs and a large fry as a side. The fries were half full. This place is a complete rip off."
"Should of went with those reviews. Lesson learned! Bought the Fill up box and was given soggy fries, uncooked mushy biscuits, and wierd looking mash potatoes!! Took a small bite of the orange colored mashed potatoes and rancid taste. I can't imagine what they do behind the scenes. Disgusted and should of known better by looking at the weird looking gravy. They better hope I don't get sick!! My stomach is turning! Steer away from this place. They need a food inspector asap!!!"
