"It was a long wait on a Saturday night for our large party, but thankfully it was well worth it. Shelby was phenomenal! She was so sweet, and great with the kids. She made them feel confident to order on their own! Drinks stayed full, table stayed cleared and clean, and everyone was very pleased with their meals! Thank you so much for a great experience for our family on this special occasion!"

"Came in recently to have dinner in celebration of my birthday in which server was made aware. We really wanted 2 good steak meals. Meal #1: I received a cold burnt ribeye (1/3 if the steak was fat), warm burnt mushrooms, very mushy sweet potato, and undercooked shrimp. I requested a medium cooked steak. Meal #2 My child's steak was fine but the fries were overcooked and some burnt also which went uneaten. We waited a nice amount of time for cold burnt food. Although we heard other guests birthdays being acknowledged by the staff singing Happy Birthday to them. My waitress said Happy Birthday upon seating us nothing more. My child was super disappointed by this. If you're looking for a hot delicious steak meal or to celebrate your birthday Texas Roadhouse isn't the place to go."

"My son chose Texas Roadhouse for his birthday lunch on 06/10 at 11am. Since we arrived there at opening time it was not very busy. I told our waitress that it was my sons birthday. I had ordered the chicken critter meal with mashed potatoes and white gravy with a house salad. My salad had several pieces of wilted lettuce in it that tasted bad. I tried to pick around the bad pieces, but there ended up being so many little bad pieces I gave up. Someone came from the kitchen and brought out our meals, I showed him how my lettuce was wilted, and he just said sorry and took my plate, I wasn't offered a replacement. My mashed potatoes and gravy were cold, and the chicken tenders were dry, which was disappointing. My son ordered the ribs and 6oz sirloin with french fries and applesauce as his sides. His food turned out to be okay. He didn't eat much of it but didn't complain. Since they don't offer a lunch menu on the weekends, this lunch ended up being a $55 + meal, which would have been fine if the service and food were good. I expected it to be better or at least have the restaurant try and make it right. It was disappointing that my son wasn't offered anything for his birthday lunch either. "Great place to grab dinner or drinks. We stopped in for dinner, and the service was pretty quick. Our server was really nice and approached our table quickly. He was knowledgeable and got our drinks out to us quickly. The food was great. If you get there before 5, they have a lot of their main choices at a discount. Great if you are looking to save a few bucks. I ordered the country fried steak and it was really good. The pulled pork and chicken dishes we delicious as well. Overall, it was a great dinner, and we would definitely come again."
