"This place is always a hit. The gyro meat is cooked well, not too wet or dry, AND the baklava here is THEEE best. I always get 2 haha! My husband and I order pickup about once a week, and it's my favorite. Everything is cooked to order so just know if you walk in there is a bit of a wait but DEF worth it!"

"11-30-23 I just paid A pennie too much for a chicken plate a gyro and a side salad. No Taziki sauce comes with your order. You have to ask for it. There was a sliver of feta cheese in the side salads and the hummus looks like somebody ate half!! Not impressed at all. Never ever going back !!! I do not like hummus!"
"Stopped in 9/16/23, an early Saturday evening, based on a friend's recommendation (she said it was one of her top three places for Mediterranean). She lives nearby, we do not (but we will, and many times have, driven 30+ miles for food). Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. Cafe Mix was a lose -- it was not worth the drive from Laveen. There simply was nothing overly spectacular about Cafe Mix to make it stand out from other places. The staff was friendly, the joint is well decorated, there is ample parking, and the food came out hot. It just did not have that "wow!" factor for any of us."
