"I personally think it's the best gyro meat in Tucson. And the service is wonderful. An employee named Rosa was amazing and we tried the Super Gyro I loved it."

"Great service, very fast, and the food is fantastic! I literally couldn't find even one thing to nitpick. The pitas are soft. The meat is delicious. The veggies are fresh. The tzatziki is perfect imo. Loved the greek fries. And the baklava was the best I've ever had and at half the price of a lot of places. Will definitely be back!"

"Very disappointing meal. These gyros are disgusting. They were cold and very poorly put together. Also, the meat is cheap, thin, and is not shaved off of a spit and taste like it’s microwaved. The customer service is horrible. I ordered 2 combos and was only given 2 sandwiches. Then they came back with one order of fry and had to come back a third time for the last fry. The drive through ladies were rude about THEIR mistake. The baklava was super small.I will never go here again. Definitely not worth the money spent. You might as well grab a gyro kit at the grocery store. If you want a great gyro sandwich, try OPA’s Best Greek on Broadway. Must bigger sandwich, food is always fresh, and the customer service is great."

"My better half came by today to pick out a different spot to eat lunch. And turns out we found Gyro Shack. We ordered the number 4 and it was amazing with extra green sauce. I must admit for a fast food location. And having fresh vegetables on hand with fresh bread was amazing. The experience alone with the service. I have nothing more to say other again. Great atmosphere, great people. And amazing food."

"Gave Gyro Shack a go today since we were out and about. It was around 3 pm and it looked like the opening week hype had died down. Overall, for what it is, its alright. Very middle of the road. Customer service was friendly. The meat is thinly shaved, which is my personal preference. The veggies were fresh, the pita was soft. The flavor is where it gets into the its just ok territory for me. It does not pack that punch of a flavor that you would get from the likes of Opas or Shish Kebab House. It was almost bland -- I ordered the Spicy Bacon Avocado -- and did not give spice. It was fresh and hot. The fries were good. The location is interesting with limited parking. I can see this space being a little bit of a nightmare if it gets busy. It's definitely not meant to be the place you go to sit in your car and eat. Gotta grab your food and get home or eat in your car someplace else. I would go here again for a quick bite and try other things."
