"What can you say? It's a McDonald's fast-food restaurant. Went through the drive thru. They got my order right, and the fried were fresh. No complaints."
"Some of the worst customer service from any fast food place I've ever patronized regularly. Today, they got my order wrong - twice. The employee at the window who took my order didn't even look at me and only said "yeah," whe I thanked him. Then they told me if I have a complaint to just do it online. I did speak to a supervisor, but upon returning home and opening up my food IT WAS STILL INCORRECT!! I've been coming here for many years out of convenience but that's about to change..."
"I ordered some McDonald's for my lunch and I will never be coming back here. I ordered online and had to tell the lady over the speaker multiple times that I was picking up for a mobile order. When I got to the window she gave me the wrong drinks. When she handed me the food she completely forgot my two cheeseburgers and I had to ask for them. The fries were very oversalted and I got the wrong burger. I ordered a Big Mac without cheese because I can't eat cheese and got a Doublr Quarter Pounder with Cheese. I also tried to call multiple times and got no answer. I will be telling everyone not to come here. Every time I come I have a problem. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5"
