"My first visit. Nice spacious, very light place. Good coffee and sandwiches. I didn’t try cocktails yet. But definitely will come back for it. They have really nice terrace at the entrance and back yard. Because it was a bit windy we decided to sit inside, it was a bit long. I was there on Friday at lunch time, so the biggest issue was to find a parking spot. Stuff is very nice."

"I love the addition of new cafes and restaurants in Downtown Chandler! This place is incredibly cute, especially for just a casual meet-up with friends or to study. My husband and I stopped by to just try it out, and it was pretty busy on a Sunday morning. I ordered us Raspberry White Mocha over ice, their truffle egg salad sandwich, and grilled cheese. The interior is very trendy, and social media cute, and outside (front and back), they have more seating and a corn hole area. I suspect that once our summer nights are in full swing, this will be a busy spot. We ordered our items to go, and the wait was pretty long, so if you're I'm a hurry, it's best to try some place else. I enjoyed their food! My husband really liked their grilled cheese but found their egg salad sandwich too tangy. I liked the egg salad sandwich, and I typically don't order egg salad sandwiches: it was a nice citrus/mustard tang that complimented the truffle. I recommend stopping by and giving it a go!"

"I enjoyed the Maple House for coffee & breakfast with my son & daughter in law. The coffee options were amazing, so many wonderful combinations. We shared a pasty, breakfast sandwich & avocado toast…all were delicious. It was open seating - we opted for outside. I’d recommend it!"

"The atmosphere of this place is calm and relaxing. It’s a great place to study or to gather with friends for drinks. The outside has an expansive area with fireplaces to enjoy with company. The inside has a very nice bar and the inside tables feature wireless charging for your phones with outlet availability. Great new addition to DT Chandler! This place offers small bites, beer, wine, and coffee. The only complaint I have is that the inside is freezing. They do not close the doors so every time I go, it’s very uncomfortable to want to stay and freeze to death. I think this is fine for warmer weather but please please please consider heating the inside. I can nearly see my breath! Parking is also horrible."

"This place is super fun, cozy. So glad to have it in Downtown Chandler. Great place to meet up with friends. Clearly the word is out, and it is usually pretty busy. There's indoor seating, and it's also perfect in nice weather with a ton of outdoor options, tables, Adirondack chairs, fire pits, fireplace. The staff are friendly. Great vibe! Have only had coffee (latte, cappuccino) here so far but plan to come for other adult beverages (lots of great looking beers on tap, wine) and looking forward to live acoustic music! Great job, Gavin and team!"
