"This place doesn't take your order but walks you to the computers to place the order. Sometimes, you don't need to go through the screen when you know what you want. Then the person at the computer has no idea how to place the order for you. They leave to deliver another order outside. Managers look at you waiting but no hope, just a: We will be with you shortly. If you are in a rush, don't do the mistake to go here."
