"I always ask for no onions on my burger. For the last 2 or 3 months, it's clear that they are taking a burger that was already made with onions and simply replacing the bun when my order comes through. There are onions on the edge of the patty. Under the cheese. I tried to dig through the cheese today but I ended up giving up and throwing out my food It sucks because I've been going here for years and there's never been a problem. I guess I will use this as an opportunity to just eat from home"
"I ordered a 20 piece nuggets, large ice coffee and a large coke, simple order right ? Apparently not. They didn’t repeat my order and were rushing me to the window, after I paid I drove up to get my stuff and they forgot to charge me for a large coke so I asked them if they could ring me up for one. The lady at the second drive through window said “no you didn’t order one, you have to go all the way around again” now, had i forgotten to order one I would’ve been more than happy to go around again, but I didn’t. They need to slow down and make sure you’re repeating orders and make sure YOU are putting them in correctly. Not getting mad at customers because you messed up."
"I WAS a loyal customer. But not anymore. YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW HOW TO GET A DAMN ORDER RIGHT. I HAD A LONG DAY. And all I wanted was a meal I had ordered. And a hot and spicy. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES IF THEY HAD PUT IT IN THE ORDER. They said oh we‘ll add it right now. I pull up. And no hot and spicy. Not only that but I was in a hurry and couldn’t go back around. All the girl did was roll her eyes and say whatever. WORST service ever."
