"Horrible experience. Store #31780. They got my order wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed they refused. I talked to the person displayed in the picture not sure if he is the manager but he was super disrespectful. He ignored my request and told other employees to do the same, he raised his voice and started swearing at me while I was trying to ask him to fix my order. I asked for his name which he would not give me. While I was there two other customers asked to talk to a manager which he also refused to assist. Don’t bother spending your money here. Worst customer service I’ve received compared to other McDonald’s."
"Gave me my order wrong and i politely asked them to fix who seemed be the the manager came and said it was my fault for not looking at the screen to make sure my order was correct and he wouldn’t fix it next time got mad when i said they should listen correctly specially after i repeat my order 3-4 times… also staff calling each other names in front of customers"
"Food was ok but when we walked in we were disgusted by all the tables being dirty also, in the 30 minutes we were their not a single employee cleaned one table. There was not a single table that was clean so we had to clean off our own table."
"Extremely slow service as usual...I had to say hello into the speaker to get their attention while 4 more cars were waiting behind me. The cashier took so long at window 1, the customer behind me honked and a little later asked me if I was stuck amd couldn't move. I let her know I was still waiting for the cashier. After paying I picked up my food at window 2 at which the cashier didn't greet before or after handing me my food and closing the window. This seems to be the only McDonald's in the valley that doesn't sell Happy Meal toys alone. This McDonald's has a high turn over rate and the new crew never seems to be trained appropriately. I hadn't visited this location in over a year when I lived in this area, nothing has changed."
"Good service, well done fast food. For locations this is one of the better ones for all of Mesa. Clean, well kept. Food is fresh not always sitting under a heat lamp. Tastier than most due to that. There is often a few minutes wait however so not the speediest. Sometimes out of items as was the case with this visit as well (no strawberry cream pies though that was a featured item and the order taker wasn't aware they were out). Manager was polite when she came to the table to inform us."
