Salad and Go

"Went to pick up a big order for everyone at work. Like an idiot, I left one of the drinks on my hood and drove off with it. When I told the gentleman at the window what had happened and asked if I could buy another tea really quick, he smiled and fixed me up another for free. Customer service like that is so hard to come by these days. Thank ya'll kindly :)"

"Used to love this place. Quality has been slowly going down. Was given the wrong order in the drive thru recently. The employee didn't ring it up correctly and had no interest in doing so. While my order was being corrected she complained that her GM didn't show up and how much that sucked. My order was lacking in many ingredients. Didn't notice until i got to work awhile later."

"We used to love this place. They recently changed how they do their online ordering. Instead of selecting everything that comes in the salad and choosing substitutions it now just has you do substitutions. Seems logical right? Easy to figure out? WRONG. This now requires the employees to know what is in every salad. I always order the autumn salad because I like the diversity of veggies. I subbed blue cheese for the parm and avocado for the pecans. Want to know what I got? Greens, blue cheese and avocado salad. That’s it. Next time I called ahead to ensure that they get it right. They were so close but forgot the dressing. My partner and I decided to give them ONE MORE CHANCE TO DO THEIR JOBS. We both got salads with just greens and our substitutions again. I again was missing dressing. We’re not going back."

"I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. I love this (Campbell) location. I can't stand the River Rd location, but I digress. I'm so glad they give such a great and generously portioned option when we want lighter, fresher, healthier and affordable. Every salad is delicious and the burritos, which I order often, are delicious, huge and always hot. The customer service is quick and friendly. My order comes out perfect every time. I would only suggest more soup options and maybe something sweet. I'm sure you'd do a great job!"

"When I arrived to pick up my order I approached the window like it says to do on the website. When the employee opened the window she immediately reprimanded me for not stopping at the drive-thru window and letting them know that I had arrived. She explained that it would save her the trouble of having to walk and get my order if I would let her know that I was here. I didn't respond because I thought that it was rude and that asking me to wait behind others who are placing their order defeats the purpose of ordering online. Once she had given me my order I thanked her. Apparently she didn't hear me because as I drove off I heard her say, "You could say okay or thank you or something!" I drove back through the drive-thru window to address her because I thought that her behavior from start to finish had been extremely rude. I thought she should know. She told me that she felt ignored and that because of that she felt justified in trash talking me to her employees while I could still hear her. She identified herself as the manager and I explained to her that she should attempt to set a better example for her employees. Her name was Karina. I understand that we have bad days but speaking to someone like that from start to finish is unacceptable. There was not one pleasant aspect to that entire interaction. Not only that, when I opened my order I discovered that my cup had been dropped and instead of replacing it and giving me a new one they simply set my damaged cup inside of another one. Again the entire experience was abysmal."
