This morning when I went to pick up my coffee that I ordered, I noticed they put a heart sticker on my drink. "Horrible service & raw food ! do not go here !!! Food could not eat , Raw half frozen , coffee was not made with oatmilk like I requested n paid for ! No , good morning or smile , just open window looking at me ! I ask how much she told me handed me my vanilla latte and the. Impossible breakfast sandwich I pulled out into McClintock headed to office knowing my clients will be there soon wanting to eat I reached for food it was solid ice cold ! Never cooked !! Meat , bun hard ! Not even warmed up or cooked . Called just to get no answer over 22 minutes . Tried to put complaint In keep getting error error ! Had my assistant try got same results . I guess I work 8 hours before my dinner break then another 4 hours before I get home ! Not good to work on hungry empty stomach ! Sad thing this company does not care about their clients ! Update left message at store for manager ! Never got a call or message ! No call from this site nor Corp office !! Pictures n receipts they don’t care ! Please do not support this location ray rd and McClintock dr"

"This is a fast, efficient location. The store has enough baristas to handle the morning rush. The are friendly and helpful. The coffee drinks are perfect. The store is clean and well kept. I know there are Starbucks everywhere, but this is one of the better locations."

"Great Service & the young man at the drive through was awesome! We placed the wrong order on 1 drink & the staff was very courteous about it and replaced the item with what we wanted with no hassle even though we made the mistake and not them. Great Service and fantastic staff!"
