"Want to bring a smile to my face? Show up at my doorstep with a Latte Luv. Instant Human + Happy Joyce. Like all Dutch Bros, everyone here is so friendly and talkative. Even if there's a queue of cars behind you, they'll still ask about your day and any plans you might have later. Music is always being blasted here. Even though it's freakin' Arizona and our summers are hot hot hot, if there's more than a couple cars in line, they usually send someone out to get your order ready since they work at lightning speed here. Just pull up to the window, pay, ALWAYS tip, and drive away feeling like you've made friends with the barista. Oh, and don't forget to grab the monthly stickers because who doesn't love stickers? They also periodically give ou friendship bracelets so add them on Instagram to find out when. Advice to DB: They need a new size: The Restorative IV Drip. Hook me up!"
"I love Dutch Bros! This location is quick and usually always has stickers! I love it. The super fun Christmas menu is out! The Golden Eagle freeze is perfect for Arizona weather! The cups are decorated so nice too!"
"I work right down the street and I come here almost every week if not every other week multiple times within the week and I’ve never had such terrible service then this morning I ordered a cold brew. I asked her which one did not have chocolate milk and she couldn’t answer me simply, in fact, gave me attitude back that I was the one that was wrong and asking a stupid question not only that, but they gave me nothing but ice in my coffee. I understand that you guys put a lot of ice ice button iced coffee from retail coffee shops for a long time now so I’m not unaware that there’s a lot of ice and an iced coffee but this was excessive. I asked you guys to pour it out and what you did was just poured out a quarter in my coffee completely so terrible experience. I hope Manager reads this and you guys correct that she was some blonde chick and basically was super condescending to me so have a good day day."
