"NO WONDER the review is 2.9 here: 1. WRONG ORDER: incompetent to understand multiple times of repeated order instruction 2. RUDE DEMEANOR: NOT APOLOGETIC at all for the wrong order and long wait, but rather hostile. One of employees with red hair said “I am busy” when we asked things to be straightened. NOT ACCEPTABLE 3. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: They made it seem like we did not pay right when they were the ones who got order WRONG. NOT ACCEPTABLE 4. BURNT FOOD: bacon is horribly burnt - apparently not cooked right 5. HEALTH HAZARD: they handle food without any barriers and it was observed that employees dipped their bare hands with long fake nails INSIDE OF THE DRINK CUPS. DISGUSTING."
"Went at around 5pm and got donuts. All were hard and stale like 2 days old stale. They were gross. I can’t believe the girl thought it was ok to sell these to us. We threw them out and went to Bosa."

"Coffee tastes a day old, cream tastes expired and sour. They forgot to give my my donut so I called for a refund and they said I had to come back to the store…. Ridiculous. Go to any other location."
"We stopped by this brand new location for the first time and they had a banner out front advertising a free medium coffee. We ordered donuts for our whole family, a latte and a medium coffee. When we pulled up to pay and asked to confirm the medium coffee was free, the employee informed us that promotion ended yesterday. They did not seem bothered that they still had a large banner out front for a promotion that had ended nor did they offer to give us the coffee for free as a courtesy for their mistake. Poor first impression."
