"Very good food, friendly service. Pricing is a little steep, but still good. They have neat Coke Freestyle with over 100 flavors. Like these things a lot. Now for the bad. Fruit fly infested. All around the soda machine, around your food. Probably all over the food prep line. Doubtful the employees working there are oblivious to this, noticed it within 5 minutes of being there. Just call a pest control company, probably the one they have on contract and this dealt with. Easily be 5 stars if wasn’t for fruit flies all over."

"Firehouse is a 5 star sub shop. I am familiar with Firehouse Subs from Florida and I am glad to see that Tucson does it as well or better. I tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket instead of my usual Hook & Ladder and WHOA!!! This sandwich was wonderful and tasty. Like a warm hug from an old friend. The dining area was clean and open and the bathroom was well maintained. So happy to have a Firehouse here for the Tucsonan's to enjoy. Friendly staff and the sub (pictured) was assembled with care by Rosa."
"I sure wish there was a Firehouse Subs near me! First time at this location, but have had their subs a couple other times. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The facility was nice and clean. I had the Hook and Ladder sub with the loaded baked potato soup and a drink. The sandwich was fantastic! Like, seriously good. The soup was good, but just good. Maybe a little on the bland side, but still tasty and worth getting. Honestly, you wanna know what my favorite part of this meal was? That dang dill pickle that comes on the side!!! I know that sounds a little weird, but wholly smokes was it tasty. Would definitely recommend this place. There aren't any close to me or I'd be a regular for sure. Sorry I didn't get a picture of my food. I had it mostly gone before I realized I needed to get pictures."
