"I have never experienced receiving my food with bites taken out of it before, so this was a first for me… Not even one bite but two! I called the location right when I realized and all the guy on the phone said to me was that it wasn’t him. I didn’t even get a sorry. Just a “I’ll look into it.” I just want to know how they can see this burger with two bites taken out of it and think its okay to wrap and serve it… crazy"
"I used to come here nearly everyday. *Be advised if you're using offers for free fries they will be half full. They think we're not aware of the fanning out of the box. I've been customer for last 4 years & this just started happening the last couple months. I now go to University & McClintock."
"I come here every morning for coffee because it’s close to my house, I always do a mobile order. I love some of the people who work here as they are very respectful and kind.. Unfortunately there has been a few times where the manager ‘Norma’ has done my order and is very rude to me whenever I come. I have let it go numerous times but today I’ve had enough. My husband went inside to pick up our order and she told my husband to go in the drive thru because she doesn’t want to attend him in the lobby because she’s busy. She said it in a very nasty way and my husband didn’t deserve to be treated like that.. I never leave reviews but her attitude needs to be fixed."
