"3/2024. Please call before going! My daughter loves boba tea but this place is always closed lately at weird, undisclosed times. The last 2 weeks I have stopped at Cafe Rio next door nearly daily and they haven't been open once. This is Mon-Friday betw the hours of 1-5pm. I just watched 3 separate customers try the door. The hours on the door don't reflect a closure so not sure if this is perma or temporary. No other signs on the door, just lights out. Before this, they'd randomly be closed during weekdays midday as well but not so many days in a row like now. I'd definitely recommend calling before visiting to make sure they're open or maybe they have better hours on the weekend."

"Omg! This is the most adorable cheerful place in the valley! My four teen and college age daughters love it. If you need a special little date with a daughter or grad daughter of ANY age this is it. Th lights are little clouds and the lit cherry blossom tree is delightful. The stickers and plushies for sale are so charming and affordable too! It will pick up the positivity for anyone with its sweet good vibes. The drinks while appearing sugary at first glance actually have high end ingredients for any health motivated person. Pure quality! The small variety of warm food plates will not disappoint. Indoor and outdoor seating both relaxing and both delightfully peaceful. Ooh and the cups have little cat ears on them . I’m so happy to have found this treasure and no other boba tea house has this charm or quality drinks. Soooooo fun!"

"Boba Cutea is the latest cute boba shop to open here in Chandler and while it is my third time here I would have to say that it's mediocre at best. The branding is on point and they have one of the most extensive menus I've seen. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately this time will be the last time. With pests running abundant and the drinks being so disappointing, I will not be coming back. My "Fruit Tea Mega Bucket" for $7.99 was just a large cup of tea with sad looking fruit floating around. I counted two small pieces of pulverized pineapple, one orange slice, a slice of lemon, and another small slice of citrus fruit. It was very disappointing in presentation and taste. The pest issue was another large factor for me. No one wants to sit down into a huge mess of spider webs. The business needs to do better about cleaning their store and upkeeping the ambience. Over all, I'm very disappointed since all three times I have received such wonderful service. However, good service can't excuse mediocrity."

"Cute boba shop however the drinks were just okay. It’s not bad but there is no wow factor in them, I feel like I could get them anywhere the taste is very basic. I do like the Oreo cookie and the ice cream cone on top, but those are pre-made items and probably not made by the shop, so…the drink itself needs some improvements, it’s just lacking favors."
