"I wish you carried dairy-free chocolate syrup for hot chocolate. Some Starbucks seem to have it and some don't. I come to this Starbucks every time I come to the airport to check in and see, and still nothing. It would be nice if you made dairy-free drinks with all your dairy-free milk for people like me!"
"I asked for 2 petite scones at 1.80 each on the sign in the case. The total was $5.10. I asked how much airport tax? .40. So that's $4.00, right? No, they are $2.35 each. That's not what the sign says. Gen z useless employee with attitude..."I'm not the manager". I told her to keep them. Rude unhelpful. Starbucks needs better hires...but I'm done anyway. Does anyone manage a Starbucks? They can't even do the most basic retail thing...post the price and ring at the posted price."
"The service was very quick and efficient despite it being in the airport. Everything came out tasting good and soft. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and the cranberry bliss bar was gooey and decadent."
"Well Starbucks is always busy especially airport locations, but in this case it’s a combination of understaffing and bad organisation. Usually when you order through your mobile app, your order gets prioritised, but not here. Had to wait longer than otherwise people who lined up in queue. There were 3 girls “working” but only one actually making coffee, the other two pretending they are busy walking around and picking some small tasks. It’s really annoying as if you are in hurry you cannot trust you will get your beverage in time. While waiting I also noticed they were constantly mixing customers orders and giving wrong items to customers. Well I guess they don’t care as there will always be new passengers stopping and buying. This would never work if it was small boutique cafe. Lastly people are confusing this location with the one past security."
"Starbucks is always good I love coming and getting my favorite which is a Venti iced mocha. This one inside sky harbor airport ain’t too bad there wasn’t really anyone in line but it took a while for me to get my drink but what do you expect from any type of store inside the airport but at least it’s here so if this is your thing you can at least indulgence your favorite coffee while you were waiting to get on your flight."
