"I ordered the new hot honey wings and pizza for this flavor. Definitely get bone-in wings. And they put 2x pepperoni on this one some are flat and some are cupped, presumably to hold the hot honey sauce due to the addition said sauce."

The efficiency and convenience of ordering and receiving my pizza without leaving my car was truly impressive. "No line waiting to order, great! But the problem starts when they don't even greet me or ask if I want to place my order. Fine. I'll simply use the app. The experience on their app was atrocious. Slow loading, and two crashes. The app is acting just like the employees working inside... It didn't care about me. 10 minutes later after trying repeatedly to submit an order through the Pizza Hut app, I gave up and went to my car. I proceeded to open the Little Caesars app which loaded up just fine. They have a special on stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for $9. I tapped it, checked out, and off I go to Little Caesars. Thank you Pizza Hut for helping me save money. The truth is I'd pay more for good service, even through an app. Your loss."
"I ordered delivery on November 5th this year. I received a text message saying that the delivery driver had hand delivered my order to me. This was a huge lie. The finally arrived 15 minutes later. The food was cold and my drink was warm. The food was just in his trunk not even in a warming bag. I've called DoorDash and Pizza Hut. Their customer service line they keep telling me the same thing over and over and over again and still nothing has happened. And of course when you try calling this individual store no one ever answers. All I want is my refund. I will never ever ever order from Pizza Hut again. The customer service rep suggested maybe I just drive to the store and ask them. Why should I have to? I am just so thoroughly disappointed with Pizza Hut they had always been my favorite chain. Not anymore."
"Just got my pizza. A whole slice is missing toppings. I called and the guy. Said thanks for letting me know. I asked well are you going to do anything, he said I’ll give a $2.00 credit. I’m Like no. You missed toppings or someone took them off. Finally he gave a a $10 credit."
