"There is a girl named Amy that has made my sandwich the last 2 times and both times it’s was amazing. She cooked my bacon just the way I like it ! Burnt!"
"This is my favorite Subway for several reasons. First, it's super close and convenient. It's inside the neighborhood corner gas station. It's always clean and the food is tasty, fresh and properly stored. It's rare that they don't have something, which shows how much attention they pay to their customers. It's great not to have to drive far to get the exact sandwich you want! The next reason this is my favorite Subway has to be the staff AND managers. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They have a respectful sense of urgency (needed to work with the hungry) without making you feel rushed when you're ordering. The managers actually care about the people they work with, and it shows. I've seen managers come out of the office, several times, to help out. And not in a mean or condescending way either, just doing what needs to be done and providing a tasty sandwich too. Keep up the great work and many thanks!!"

"I ordered two sandwiches on the app and as you can see there is a stark difference between the two. I showed up promptly because the app said my sandwiches were ready, and the employee then said he would start making them. It took 24 minutes for them to do so, and when I got home one was severely burnt and the other was undercooked. After emailing the manager, their response was, “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view”. I appreciate the copy and paste approach to customer service and will never be returning."
