"We ordered 3 burgers with onions and pickles only. We received 2 burgers with ketchup only. They overcharged us. They came back with the correct order and tried to charge $2.70 for the onions."
"The drive though rep was completely rude. We just pulled up to place our order, I was asking my kids what kind of ice cream they want… maybe like 20 seconds and the rep asked me to pull back around so she could take the person behind me order. I was baffled so I just left. This happened around 12:40pm on Sunday 10/08/23. Maybe management can coach her up on what customer service is supposed to look like!"
"My wife loves the tater tots and grilled cheese sandwiches here. She will also drop in for an ice cream for our dog, which she really enjoys. And since we are here, I end up with a slush or shake. They do make the best shakes around to complement the good burgers. The drive up service is a good experience, especially when using their mobile app. Makes it easy to order."
