"Food was great, and service was lovely. The lady who ran out to give us our food was very kind and considerate."
"They were extremely rude even though they were the ones who forgot to give us all our food. As well even though I paid extra to have bacon on my burger they forgot it, the employees at this location need to get it together."
"Our grilled cheese sandwiches were semi-cold the service sucked. It took over 45 minutes to get 8 grilled cheese sandwiches, cheddar peppers, onion rings and 2 shakes they also left out straws forks, and napkins. They also did not know which orders went to which customers that were there."
"Overtime this place has become incredibly slooooooooooow. With wait times that are unjustified and simply unrealistic. No one in this store knows how to do the hustle. The food isn't what it used to be and the service has become almost non existent. There are plenty of nearby places to eat that actively demonstrate that they want your business and are even willing to earn it. This however is not that place. Not a place I'd recommend."
