Dunkin'

"Food was fine but boy is the girl at the drive thru check out MISERABLE!!!! Call me old fashion but when someone says hello...you say hello...when someone says thank you...you say your welcome...it was really bad. I don't get this generation, if you don't like your job get a new one and until you do, drop your attitude at the time clock. It is not the customer's fault and it shouldn't be taken out on them. She made me feel really uncomfortable and like she hated me for existing...I almost asked her why she refused to respond appropriately to my standard pleasantries associated with proper manners i.e. saying your welcome to my multiple thank yous, I genuinely want to understand. If you want some good food with a side of bad attitude and an attempt to ruin your day this is your place..."

"Updating my review, since they renovated everything has been much better about this location. Your order is correct and they always have the donuts we ask for. A great improvement from a year ago."

"Food was fine, but while waiting for my order you could hear the manager just barking orders to the employees and then he was rude to me, the customer as well. I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts unless that man (manager) is not there. I feel badly for the staff especially because the one kid working there was really friendly to a customer, and the kid that took our order was friendly and helpful as well. I agree with other reviewers in that the service was kind of slow. They didn't seem to be able to keep the flow of food going well."

"I'm a hard core dunkin fan. Always have been. But it's gone way down hill in the past couple months. The service is incredibly slow with zero urgency to keep the flow of orders going. We've tried ordering 20mins ahead of time, drive thru or walk in and every scenario had us waiting 15+ minutes while we pester the employees. I don't want to have to he that annoying guy that seems rude but it's like they forget what their doing and need reminders to make the dang drink. Get it together."

"This review is specific to the DD at 17031 W Bell Rd Surprise, Arizona. I LOVED this DD for years and it pains me to leave this review, but it is necessary. I'm a daily DD customer and this location has always been great. They always remembered each daily customer's orders and names and were courtesy and pleasant, joking and fun, courteous and genuine - up to a few months ago and everything changed. The staff changed and I'm assuming management because everything became rather rude and robotic almost overnight. Like the new staff and management hates their jobs and are just going through the motions. The entire feel of the place switched from pleasant to aggressive and factory rudeness. It pains me because I loved the people and service here for years. I now have to drive to the other DD in Surprise to get pleasant service. Sad. Hopefully it changes."
