"Food is always fresh, healthy and tasty. And cheaper than most fast food. It’s a drive through, people at window are knowledgeable about the food and friendly. I only wish they served breakfast all day."

"I don't have any complaints on the food. It's actually the only thing that keeps me coming back. As many times as I've been here & kept saying, maybe it's just been a rough day them, I've come to the conclusion that this location decided to just hire a handful of people who are completely unhappy with their job. The Dutch Bros greeting isn't expected but you can provide proper customer service without the attitude & snarling looks at the window. It's always taking an order like we are bothering them. Just a bit of advice, if you don't like the customer service work, then don't do it."

"Salad is not even half full. No cabbage. 5 slices of cucumber and let's not forget the 3 cherry tomatoes. If I want it fixed I have to get back in the drive thru line that is backed up, and that I just sat in for 15 mins to get this ridiculous salad. This store is extremely inconsistent."

"Ever since Salad and Go came to Tucson I've told everyone I know what a delicious, affordable and healthy option it is. I know salad doesn't have the best shelf life. BUT when your business is based on salad maybe you should check the quality before you give it to paying customers. We hadn't been to Salad and Go for a bit. Tonight I had hubby swing by to get a pickup order on the way home. It's the holiday season and this momma is exhausted after all the holiday baking etc. I get my greek salad and was just about to flood it with dressing. Then I saw a big chunk of black slime (rotten lettuce) I removed that bit only to find an endless supply of more in our bowls. I had to riffle through, toss the rotten bits and wash all the salvageable lettuce. I just kept thinking...a burger wouldn't have done this to me. I told hubby it would've been easier for me to just skip dinner. Sigh. The pink lemonade was good though."

"I came here cuz my sister strongly recommended it just after she tried it. One look at the menu and the prices and I knew this would become a new favorite. I ordered the chicken caprese salad and a mint lemonade. This place only does to-go, so the salad came pre-mixed and ready in a lidded container and had the dressings in separate bags. I put on the dressings, snapped some photos and it was an explosion of flavor from there! 10/10 will come again, and can’t wait to try their gumbo!"
