"I never learn my lesson when it comes to this Sonic. I order online, and then when it comes to picking up, my food is either wrong or they don’t have what I ordered- And then I have to jump through twelve hoops to get a 3 dollar refund because they don’t process those refunds in-store. At this point, you’re better off going to the one on Golf Links. Their service and food is leagues better. The employees at this one seem like they don’t care- And they really truly likely don’t."
"My food was completely burned , the shake had a HOLE in the cup and they just threw another cup over it , very unacceptable, the cup was drenched with chocolate all over it and this was for my child, I worked at sonic for many years and never would I serve food that way, the cherry limades had no cherry or lime in it and tasted completely like lime juice only . I ordered number 16 breakfast sand which for my child and the eggs were black and burned and the bread was burned AND GREASE all over the wrapper I did not allow my child to eat. Drive thru person was completely rude . I will not go back , it’s very sad that I worked there and that location had gone down hill . Not great service and not great food either for the price you would think it would be worth it. Do not recommend ."
"If you ever decide to get the popcorn chicken, definitely check it before you leave. I got zero chicken and only breading, which was rock hard. Like I couldn't even stab them with a metal fork, rock hard. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the tater tots and slushie were okay. Super disappointing."
"This location needs to work on speed and quality. never have I ever gotten a hot dog like this from sonic. The toppings are lacking and on one side it appears to be crispy or burnt. I usually like going to sonic too."
