"This place is a testament that even local small businesses can be just as greedy as any big chain. First off, there is only ever one person for the whole front of house - it's super upsetting. She did the best she could but ultimately this job is stacked against her. No one in my family, which includes a few career waitresses could manage 20 tables, like this. This is the definition of being set up for failure. You can't deliver good service if you aren't willing to _invest_ in delivering that service. However it seems that business owners feel increasingly entitled to my dollar for less and less. And before you ask, yes, I would happily pay more for the food if it meant you could staff up appropriately. I'm not a boomer on a fixed income and rising prices are the norm for me in this dang country. So yeah, this experience not only turned me off to your restaurant experience, but your entire product line as a whole. I'm done with Firetruck Brewing. It's clear that they are anti-worker, anti-customer, and not worthy of the status they hold in our community. I'm giving this review 2 stars because those ladies (one in front of house, one in the kitchen) fed a full restaurant with no complaints and nothing but a pleasant demeanor. And this is despite the owner of this establishment clearly working to sabotage them every step of the way. Seriously, I hope I get to meet the owner so I can tell this to his/her face. I want to tell them that this makes them look like exploiters and frauds, not a business Tucson would be proud of."

"Second time giving this place a try. Food cold and awful. Tables and chairs stacked up in restaurant with sign not in use. Waitress never cleaned our table. Outside area dirty, garbage on floor, chairs not in place. Lunch time and only a couple at bar, which tells me the food doesn't draw a lunch crowd. Waitress seems unmotivated, not caring. We will not return..... Highly recommend finding another venue."

"This is a solid basic unpretentious casual place for a great beer, good food and sometimes some live music. Our server (Alicia) was nice. They had some quirky unusable tables off to the side of the restaurant which looks tacky and the outside tables were not cleared for a long time, but if those annoyances don’t bother you, just focus on the good beer and food and you will be happy here! Feels like a local neighborhood bar. VictorB"

"The food wasn’t very good. I asked for a crispy chicken sandwich and I got grilled. My brother’s chicken tenders were burnt. My mom got pulled pork but had coleslaw all over it even though it doesn’t mention that on the menu. The fries were good but not enough to come back. The service is great and I had no problems with the server. I just wish the cook was better."

"We had a nice lunch, that could have a couple of tweaks to be a great lunch. I had the fish and chips - the breading was a bit sparse, so they ended up being difficult to eat - no structure, flaked apart with the fork, couldn't really pick up to eat easily. Ended up sort of scooping a finger-full. Tasty, just needed... Something. She had the blt - very good, chips were homemade-style and very good as well. We also had the zucchini appetizer (not pictured) and it was very good. Overall, nice lunch, very relaxed, friendly service!"
