"I am new here in town I have been looking at this restaurant since I moved out here. Today I couldn’t decide what to eat so this was the perfect time to try it. Walked in love the vibe. Gives you family oriented and I love that. We took a min to order because we didn’t know what we wanted. They were patient which we loved. We finally order to go. Jerk chick and oxtail fries was our choice. So we waiting for quite some time which was to expect because, the food was made to order. We finally got our food and went home. We were excited couldn’t wait. I open my fries 1st I see gravy no oxtails but gravy and fries. I was disappointed the gravy was good but where were the oxtails I order. So we tried the wings and it tasted like BBQ. We received food that we didn’t or incomplete. I was really enjoy the vibes until we received our food that was disappointing."
"Went to D’s Island Grill today for lunch. DISAPPOINTED is Too light of a Word. I order jerk chicken & was brought undercooked chicken with sauce poured over it like gravy! I brought it back to the counter at which time the owner was offended apparently saying he could NOT accept me saying the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. His tone was very elevated. I refused more chicken, asked for my money back & was refused. I left all the food on my plate there Y the counter & left. Never again will I patronize this place."

"Have eaten here a couple times now and the food and service are consistently great! This past time, I got the jerk pork and my friend got the jerk chicken. Both dishes were very flavorful and the pork had a nice smokey taste to it. It also was not dry at all! Pros: Tasty food Generous portions Quick and kind service Cons: Small fee for using your credit card"
