"Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Super busy because the ears festival was just across street, so delayed in getting our food. I didn't think my brisket sandwich had enough brisket, and the wife's ahi tacos were refrigerator cold when served. Prices ok. Deviled eggs good."

"Our server was Allie and she was so attentive and knowledgeable of the menu items. Some of our party ordered the bison burger of the month but they were out. The owner surprised us with their rib pops and they were delicious! Overall, they had great bbq, great sauces and great customer service! We loved the jalapeño pomegranate margarita as well! This a nice, laid back restaurant with great food! We are planning on coming back next year for our annual Tucson trip!"

"The deviled eggs are an unexpected surprise at a restaurant featuring smoked meats. The deviled eggs are outstanding! The pulled pork tacos are loaded with meat, lightly topped with slaw. Three signature sauces, tried one on each of the three tacos, all delicious and impossible to pick a favorite."

"My past experiences with F&F were so-so … lukewarm food, very slow service. Happily, my business luncheon on 1/10 was much better. The burger was excellent, done just as I had ordered, the french fries were crisp and both were hot. My companions’ (loaded) Mac N Cheese was (according to she who ate it) very rich and creamy and too much to eat at one sitting (same for my hamburger … so we took half of our lunches home). The sandwich my other companion had was sooo good she ate the whole thing! I noticed, however, that the attitude of the Staff was uneven, with the Hostess greeting us cheerfully and cordially. Our Waitress was business-like cordial, but didn’t convey the feeling that our business was appreciated. Nevertheless the food came out promptly, was hot and tasted good … so that is why I gave “Service” a 4."

"Very solid BBQ! Some of the sides (deviled eggs, jalapeño poppers, potato salad, coleslaw, cornbread, squash) were as good as we’ve ever had. The pork ribs had a delicious but would have benefited from another hour to make the meat more tender. The Italian sausage was another standout but the brisket was a little dry (but tasty). Very friendly staff and a beautiful patio and decor. The food really deserves a 4.5 but falls shy of a 5.0. Did I mention that the Google rating system sucks?! Wish they’d bring back the 30-pt scale from Zagat for Food / Service / Decor. We’ll definitely be back!"
