"The restaurant was experiencing. Ore customers than usual. Service was great but it took us awhile to get our food. Waiter kept us updated and apologized and offered us a free dessert. Dinner was still absolutely delicious."

"Four of us had lunch there today. Two ordered the fish & chips, two ordered cheeseburgers (requested medium). The fish was a large, 8-oz cod, truly the crispiest I’ve ever had anywhere. However, both burgers were dry, bland tasting, and overcooked (but hey, maybe one shouldn’t go to a fish place expecting the yummiest burgers). The server and manager, who separately asked about the food were sincerely apologetic — they wound out taking off the charges for the burgers. Service was very good, but getting the food was a little slow, given that it wasn’t overly crowded at the time. I would go back to try their scampi or the fish & chips again. I gave the four-star rating more for the excellent fish & chips than for the mediocre burgers."

"Food is just ok unfortunately. It is just a corporate chain heat and serve. Service was good and the drinks we had was the best part of the meal. The inside is still like I remember over the years."

"The oro valley location has really gone downhill while consistently inflating their prices. The server Jordan S was not attentive and more concerned with gossiping with a former employee at the bar than attending to us for the basics of drinks, napkins, and silverware. It's unfortunate to see other bad reviews about the same server yet obviously nothing has been done to rectify his bad attitude and terrible service. When our food came to us we were without silverware for about 5 minutes and when Jordan finally stopped by we tried to ask for that along with napkins and a refill and he walked away saying he'd get that right now whilst we were still in the middle of asking. I ordered the ultimate feast and the crab legs came without dipping butter. My husband had asked for a medium cooked steak and received an overcooked slab of tough meat. The plate also just looked sad with the way it was plated with a small amount of soft, underseasoned french fries. We talked to the manager who was friendly and listened to our complaints. She was happy to remove the meal my husband refused to eat from our bill, and added she gave us a discount on my meal. We also had the pleasure of listening to the former employee sitting at the bar yell to Jordan about how hot another man was and discuss past relationships which was something I felt made the atmosphere awkward and more like a dive bar than top notch restaurant. We have come to this location many times over the years from our first date, celebrating anniversaries, and celebrating our kids. We just wanted to have a nice night out celebrating our anniversary."

"The servers were attentive and kind, the mushrooms didn’t come out of the kitchen correct and so they kindly took them back and took the cost off our bill. There were many options of different dishes for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. I would recommend this place to seafood lovers. But Despite these positives the food was just not great, the mussels did not have as much flavor as other places, and the mushrooms did not taste right."
