"Wow what a change .service was awesome. Food was excellent. Hey where else can you eat for 15.99 all you can eat. 3 different choices. Shrimp, Ribs or Bone in Chicken. Served with fries. After you Finish your first entry. You can order Another entry of your choice . Hell, you can't even get MAC and Wax for that . (Abbreviated) you know the clown guy that sells food.Tell you what the service is awesome. I really appreciated going there cause I do love applebee's this place Has Really stepped up to the Plate. try it"

"Went in to get the endless riblets/shrimp/chicken right at open. Waitress was polite. First two plates of riblets were lukewarm and I had to bring it up to the waitress for the problem to be fixed; third one was nice and hot. Garlic Parmesan chicken was a bit.. Odd to put it in one way. Just look at the pic I attached; the one with cheese on top was it. Chicken and shrimp were nice and hot from the start; fairly standard food taste. Wouldn't order it again but it filled my stomach at least."

"I have started going to Applebee's on Ina for the Monday Burger special ($9.99), this goes on all day. First, their burgers are hand made, not the perfect little frozen circles, and are really tasty. You might have forgotten what a real hand made burger tastes like...but they are so good. Now let me talk about Mo (Monique) and her detail to EVERYTHING. She is not only an amazing server, she is so personable and friendly. My friends know I go to Applebee's on Ina every Monday. Sometimes it is just me, sometimes there has been a group of . However many of my friends are available, it is always great food, great service and the best time. But, let's not forget about Jack. Jack is the manager and he is always stopping to check if the customers are happy and satisfied (not just me...LOL...he checks with everyone). Not enough good things to say. Well, I do have one more WONDERFUL fun thing to share. My friends and I all have September birthdays, and Mo knew we were coming in. Do you know, she decorated the booth for us!! Who does that for customers. We had an amazing, memorable day. Thanks MO & Jack for making this Applebee's so special."

"Service was slow, like really slow, no way it takes 40 minutes for a burger. Not to mention I was told I could do half and half wings and then some other person said no. Like make up your mind? Tell me what I actually can order. Very disappointed. One lady made a big deal over the way we were sitting at a table. She seriously ruined my dining experience and is the main reason this is a bad review, I'd consider firing her because she's rude and condescending, she spoke to me like I'm a child. EDIT: the woman is the manager. And gee golly she's rude. Our server was very sweet. But yeah The food was good but there was something hard in my burger. I didn't wanna complain out of fear that the manager would be rude again. Service is 4 stars only because of the kind waitress, I would give one star for the manager."

"I had a double mushroom n Swiss Burger. Mushrooms and onions weren't well sautéed. They needed more time. I loved the Fries, they tasted fresh and weren't greasy. Thank you Applebee’s!"
