"Just went tonight with my wife and got our drinks quick but after an hour of waiting for our order it never arrived. Terrible customer service. They only care about larger groups and not people who have been waiting for a while. Never going there again. Will be telling my experience to all my family and friends to make sure to never come to this establishment. What was meant to be a lovely outing with my wife, turned into a horrible experience."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would, they gave us cold soups and left my friends and I waiting for 2+ hours when we’d ask for our order they’d tell us they’d go check or look away. At 2 hours and a half we decided to just leave, even the waiter offered to just cancel our order im very sure they forgot to even put in the order at this point. I couldn’t even get my drink brought to me. Very horrible service never recommending my friends again"

"Love going here. The staff is friendly. The only thing is that sometimes the music is a little too loud and can't hear each other talk over it. I enjoy the music, don't get wrong, just a little too loud for a restaurant atmosphere."

"Been here three times. Every time, service is poor (wait staff don't give you napkins, utensils, or drink refills unless you flag them down, and they don't know which table ordered what food). Food comes out excruciatingly slow, with wait time exceeding 30 minutes. The sushi is good but the teriyaki dishes are not. Sports bar/club atmosphere that doesn't agree with the mainstay of the menu."

"Wow what a surprise in Nogales to find such a great selection of sushi. Went to Okiroki after crossing the border from Mexico to try something new. I truly enjoyed this place. Great service and food. There's a nice little bar inside and an awesome patio. Kind of an awkward entry from the T-Mobile parking lot. I had the rainbow sushi which was fantastic. I will be back."
