"The service here is consistently slow, the employees would rather be chatting with each other rather than helping customers right in front of them. I have received many poorly made bagels from here, with them either being sliced with one side being a sliver or the cream cheese hardly spread. I’ve also placed an order for the Brunch Box an hour before we were picking it up to allow them plenty of time to make it. When we arrived to pick it up they hadn’t even started making it. I’m tired of being continuously disappointed when I come here, don’t waste your time."

"I have accompanied this location for a few years and being a Manager of several businesses, I clearly knew how to tell good leadership. Naturally, I observe everyone behind the counter working while in line. I see that a 2nd Assistant General Manager was put in place, that man is nice. The Senior Assistant General Manager of this location, Ian, he leads his Team Members and other leaders under him well. A well run location under Ian's leadership. Thank you Ian and thank you to the District Manager for placing Ian in the role he is in. It makes for a great experience every visit."

"Wowwwww such a chewy bagel! Amazing. The bacon scallion cream cheese was mega too. Perfectly toasted bagel and a good healthy amount of spread. Service was also really friendly and fast. Loved it."

"It’s always nice to come to a bagel place that makes a good lox bagel. A staff of four was moving people one order every 30 seconds. It was impressive to watch. I had two different bagels. Both were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside perfect. Coffee was very good at four different flavors and a coffee bar behind with all the continents. Seating was OK inside, seats are not that comfortable but there was plenty of space Would definitely go back one of my favorite bagel trains in the US for sure!"
